This leading regional law firm are busier than ever and are looking for an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their Worcester office. This is an opportunity for a Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months experience to apply to join a well-recognised team who are very supportive of individual career development.



JOB TITLE: Employment Paralegal

THE ROLE:
The successful employment paralegal will be required to assist fee earners within a busy employment department. This role requires excellent organisation and time management skills along with the ability to prioritise workload..

This is a chance to work in one of the most successful teams in the firm who are genuinely supportive of junior members of staff and are keen to assist with their career progression.

THE EMPLOYMENT PARALEGAL MUST HAVE:
• A sound knowledge of the employment process;
• Experience of using various case management systems;
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and both independently;
• Excellent client care skills.
