Housing Management Solicitor - Leeds
A new position for a 0-5 PQE Housing Management Solicitor has become available with this national and leading L100 firm.
This role will be based out of the firm’s Leeds office, although it strongly encourages agile working and has a very flexible home/office based working policy.
This firm has an outstanding reputation in the market and on offer is a substantial benefits package which includes 25 days holiday (plus the option to buy up to an additional 5 days), a generous pension scheme and private medical insurance.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that the successful Housing Management Solicitor has experience of working for social landlords. Alongside that, experience of acting for housing associations is desirable as well as experience of supervision of junior colleagues.
This team has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and is now one of the largest housing management practices in the country.
The types of work you will cover will include, but not be limited to, Possession claims, Injunction claims, breach of tenancy claims, disrepair, access injunctions for gas and electricity safety, failed succession cases, leasehold management advice and service charge disputes.
