The Role:

  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Residential Development Legal Director to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • As part of the firm's L500-ranked Built Environment department, the Residential Development team advise a broad range of national housebuilders and property investors on complex & bespoke projects
  • To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including acquisition & disposal of sites, infrastructure & planning agreements, residential development schemes, residential investment acquisition & disposals and ground rent acquisitions
  • As a Legal Director, you will also play a leading role in the development of the department, providing support to the junior members of the team & getting involved in further business development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
  • Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
  • Highly meticulous & commercially focused
