The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for a Residential Development Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
• As part of the firm's L500-ranked Built Environment department, the Residential Development team advise a broad range of national housebuilders and property investors on complex & bespoke projects
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including acquisition & disposal of sites, infrastructure & planning agreements, residential development schemes, residential investment acquisition & disposals and ground rent acquisitions
• As a Partner, you will also oversee the expansion of the department, playing a pivotal role in business development & management of the wider team

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of 9 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
