The Role:

• The firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join as Senior Associate in Altrincham, with hybrid working in place
• The L500 'Top Tier' Commercial Litigation department boast a first-class reputation amongst well-known businesses & heavyweight corporates across the retail, property development and healthcare sectors
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of complex litigation, including contractual disputes, company & shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, defamation proceedings and IP & IT litigation
• As a Senior Associate, you will help to mentor and support the junior members of the team and liaise with other seniors regarding the development of the department
• In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE
• Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
• Highly meticulous & commercially focused
