A unique position has arisen to work alongside an ex-Partner of a Legal 100 law firm from his Solihull office specialising in plot sales work. If you are a plot sales paralegal/fee earner looking for something new in Solihull, then this may be the role for you!

Our client is the ex-Partner at a Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham, having set up on his own he is seeking to recruit a plot sales paralegal/fee earner to assist on all aspects of new build work. His previous expertise was acting for the developer but now he is referred work by the developer to act for the purchaser.

Our client is looking for somebody who is driven, enthusiastic who is seeking a role local to Solihull. He is looking for at least two years' experience running your own new build caseload from instruction through to completion though he will be supporting. This role offers plenty of autonomy, flexibility with working hours along with the ability to work alongside a highly connected and knowledgeable individual.

The work will include supporting on matters from inception to post-completion with supervision, including performing exchanges, sending contract packs on both sales and purchases, preparing, and sending quotes, engaging with client, responding to enquiries, drafting, and lodging applications to change the Land Register etc.
