This well established nationwide firm are looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join the team and work across all aspects of Court of Protection.
As the Court of Protection Solicitor you will be speaking with clients, their families, employee's of other firms and members of The Law and other professionals with appropriate care.
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will need to have experience drafting applications for the appointment of deputies and gift and care applications along with annual OPG accounts amongst other duties.
In order to be successful in gaining the post of Court of Protection Solicitor you will need at least 3 years PQE. Salary is competitive and is dictated by experience.
