The Role:

• The Firm are looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join as Senior Associate in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• Highly ranked in the Legal 500, the Real Estate Finance team undertake a broad range of transactions for heavyweight investors, developers & owner occupiers
• As such, you will manage a diverse caseload, including secured lending, bridging finance and complex transactions all of which are on the lender side
• As a Senior Associate, you will also help to mentor the junior members of the team and liaise with the Partners regarding the development of the REF practice
• In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE
• Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
• Highly meticulous & commercially focused
