Legal Operations Manager | FinTech Retail Bank | London, Hybrid | Salary Dependent on Experience
A bespoke legal team of a FinTech retail bank are hiring a Legal Operations Manager on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with the option of working from home 1-2 days per week and spending the remainder of the time in their Central London offices.
The Role:
As the new Legal Operations Manager, you will ensure that the legal department runs effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the team are following the relevant rules and regulations.
- Developing frameworks and procedures, which may include – financial and MI data reporting systems, risk management tools, data analysis frameworks, and technology tools.
The Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will come from a financial services background
- Previous operations experience is desired
