THE ROLE
The Real Estate Finance department has an opportunity for an experienced solicitor with c 2-4pqe to join the team.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have good experience of acting on the real estate aspects of a real estate financing transaction including:
Understanding the role of valuations, insurance, lender-controlled accounts, as well as dealing with due diligence of the property including reviewing title, searches, CPSE and other standard enquiries.
Running CP checklists and Mortgagee Requisition Lists and reporting to lenders, including in a City of London format.
You'll have a basic knowledge of banking and finance transactional work e. of an LMA loan agreement, security documents such as a debenture, and typical conditions precedent requirements
Good BD and marketing skills will also be valued.
