The Role:
As the new Corporate Solicitor you will:
- Be working with a diverse range of clients on a variety of projects
- Conduct an interesting and varied caseload which will include Shareholder Agreements, LLP Agreements, Partnership Agreements, business sales and acquisitions, M&As and drafting a range of commercial agreements
