Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - Swindon
My client is a well-established law firm is looking to expand the commercial real estate team in their Swindon office, they are looking to acquire a mid-level commercial real estate solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification.
The department deals with commercial property transactions on behalf of a broad range of clients; corporate occupiers commercial investment work, pension scheme acquisitions, high value residential and mixed-used and acting for Town Councils across their property portfolios. You will be providing legal advice on acquisition, disposals, sales, secured lending, commercial leases and property aspects on corporate transactions.
You will be managing your own caseload and assist senior solicitors on larger, complex transactions.
