An exceptional opportunity for a Construction Lawyer to join a rapidly growing Private Equity company focussed on acquiring renewable energy assets in the UK and internationally, reporting directly into the General Counsel.
As part of their dynamic in-house legal team, you will support and lead on legal matters relating to construction, both contentious and non-contentious, working with sub-contractors, project managers, engineers and key figures across the business as they continue to expand internationally.

You will need 4-5 years construction experience, ideally with solid understanding of contract law and project risk management with experience in NEC or FIDIC. Experience of EPC contracts will be beneficial.
