Reporting into an experienced General Counsel you will have the opportunity to support the business with a wide range of commercial and corporate matters including commercial contracts, employment, real estate (options, leases, heads of terms), construction and compliance.

You may currently be working in-house or in private practice and will be passionate about a long term, career in-house within a fast paced, dynamic business. The General Counsel is open to considering lawyers who have good experience of drafting and negotiating contracts whether this is commercial contracts, construction, energy, projects, commercial property or employment. What is key will be your commercial, solutions orientated mind set.
