Corporate Solicitor
Corporate Solicitor. A highly regarded Midlands based law firm is seeking a new solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked corporate team. The team has a friendly culture devoid of presenteeism and the Partners are fully support of flexible & hybrid working and indeed utilise the facility themselves.
The role:
- To work as a corporate solicitor with the team.
- To manage a caseload of smaller scale transactions.
- To assist senior team members on large scale transactions.
The candidate:
- Qualified or soon to qualify solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience of corporate work gained post qualification, during training or as a paralegal.
- Keen to take the opportunity to work in a team that values training and development.
