The Role:
You will join a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team as a Principal Associate in the firm's Leeds office.
In a client-facing role, you will be working with national developers, major retailers and local authorities across a range of commercial property transactions. Work includes acquisitions & disposals, asset management and development. At this level, there is the opportunity for you to focus on one specific area (e., residential developments) if you wish.
As a senior team member, you will lead a small team of junior lawyers and work alongside the partners to drive the team's growth forward. As such, there is clear scope for growth with the role, and you will have a clear route to partnership that you will be supported to follow.

Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
- Experience across developments, asset management, acquisitions and disposals etc.
- Comfortable leading, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- You will be an ambitious individual looking for a step up to partnership
