The Role:

• The Firm are looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their offices in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
• Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Commercial Property department collectively possess extensive knowledge on a full spectrum of transactions and developments, with clients ranging from well-known investors and SMEs to private individuals across the retail, sports and hospitality industries
• To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload, including sales & purchases, landlord & tenant, lease agreements, property development & investment and rural property work
• As a Solicitor, you will also assist the senior lawyers with their caseload and gain exposure to complex & high-value cases, putting you years ahead of your PQE
