The Role
Following a period of successful acquisitions, our client, a multinational Tech company, is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Commercial & Technology Lawyer to join their UK-based in-house legal team.
With significant revenue set aside for yet further growth, they are keen to engage an innovative candidate to draft, review and negotiate complex technology-based contractual and commercial deals with customers and suppliers across both the commercial and public-sector.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with B2B technology services and will possess exceptional communication skills, to build and manage relationships across the wider business as well as with customers.
In addition, you will be expected to advise on, and produce, additional terms and contract documents as well as provide ad-hoc advice on employment law; GDPR; Brexit; and all other laws and regulations applying to a UK-based IT company.
Ideally you will be based in Northern Ireland but the role can be fulfilled fully remotely as long as you are living within the UK.
Qualifications
3 years PQE (or equivalent, if not UK qualified)
Additional
Experience of responding to public sector tenders and preparing tenders with procurement would be advantageous.
