In this role will see you responsible for:
- Independently handling a mid-volume caseload of largely fast-track RTA matters
- Deal with cases including denied liability and causation, and deal with aspects of cases including assessing liability, quantum, and all other aspects of these cases with minimal supervision
- Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements where necessary to ensure the best outcome for clients
- Work within a target driven environment to try and bring in the highest profit costs possible for the firm whilst ensuring clients are looked after at all times
