Commercial (Healthcare) lawyer 0 – 4 years’ PQE NORTH YORKSHIRE

Commercial law firm in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Commercial (Healthcare) lawyer of 0 to 4 years’ PQE. The role will involve supporting the firm’s Commercial offering to central and local NHS organisations; primary care practitioners; dentists; independent health and care businesses such as dental corporates, private consultant groups and care homes. Candidates must have a genuine interest in these sectors and, in return, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team who are involved in interesting and high-profile work. The Commercial team covers a wide range of Commercial matters and these include: • Commercial Contracts (inc. software, managed services, clinical services and collaborations) • Public Procurement (inc. challenges to the procurement process) • Governance, public law and statutory powers • Primary care (partnership agreements, practice mergers, integration and collaboration agreements) • Corporate (start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations, corporate finance) • Digital (IP, technology, data and information) • Projects and construction (project agreements, development agreements, construction contracts).
