Highly successful Private Client team in Kent, ranked in the legal directories, is seeking to recruit two Private Client (Wills Tax Trusts Probate) Solicitors – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. For the more senior role, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer with a proven track record. Applications from STEP-accredited Solicitors would be very much welcomed, is not essential. The ideal candidate will either already have or be looking to gain experience of the supervision of more junior colleagues and be keen to contribute to the long-term development of the team. This would be an ideal opportunity for an individual moving out of London or for an established lawyer in Kent looking to progress their career. You will currently specialise in Private Client law if you are already qualified. If you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Private Client law. Both roles will be varied, dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters, including Wills, Tax Planning, Trusts, Probate, OPG and Court of Protection work.
