Commercial Real Estate lawyer NQ – 3 years’ PQE GUERNSEY

Offshore law firm in Guernsey is looking to recruit Commercial Property lawyer of 0 to 3 years’ PQE. This is an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a market-leading Guernsey property practice. This role will involve providing legal advice on a wide range of matters to local clients, (both institutional and private), in relation to Guernsey commercial property transactions including investment, finance and landlord and tenant work. The successful candidate will be resourceful, organised, with excellent attention to detail and drafting skills. Commercially focused and business aware, in addition to sound legal technical skills, they will be experienced in client and matter management. They will also take an active role in the business development and marketing of the department, and support and participate generally in the successful growth of the property department.

Top rate of tax is 20%. All applicants will currently specialise in Commercial Property law.
