Personal Injury Fee Earner (Fully Remote)
£40,000 - £50,000Our client is a personal injury specialist and leading practice in the personal injury sector, with a team of more than 140 Fee Earners across the country. The team is both well established and well balanced and continues to grow as they seek to recruit a Multi-Track Claimant Personal Injury Fee Earner on a fully remote homeworking basis.

Job Description:

 

 

 

  • In this role you will run cases from inception to conclusion, and cover the full remit of Personal Injury Claims.
  • You will be handling multi-track matters valued from £25k to £100k. Claims will be majority EL/PL matters occasionally including RTA claims.
  • To develop relationships with new clients, medical experts and counsel.
     

Person Specification:

 

 

  • Qualified Lawyer - Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • 5+ years Claimant Personal Injury case handling experience
  • Current Multi-Track experience
  • Knowledge of the CPR and Litigation procedures
