Outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded Lancashire practice and play a key role in the Private Client department and their expansion plans. Ideally you will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and have the ability to work unsupervised as well as prior experience of supervision or management.
This firm are a commercial Legal 500 practice, so many of the clients you will be dealing with will have high value assets and are High Net Worth clients. Work is regularly referred on by the commercial teams and has reached the point where they need to develop the Private Client team, with an experienced Solicitor at the helm. This is a forward thinking practice and you will benefit from a collegiate environment with no KPI's or billing targets.
The work in place will be varied but will consist of wills & probate matters, lasting powers of attorneys, non-contentious trust & probate issues, estate administration and tax matters. The role will also see you work with an experienced team of consultants and help plan the growth of the team, whilst also ensuring new sources of work & existing clients are maintained.
Salary for this role will be based on PQE level, however is expected to fall within the £50,000 - £70,000 ball park. Benefits include: IT & Phone provided, 28 days holidays (+Bank holidays), no billing targets, travel expenses, development opportunities & more...
