Interim role- In House Commercial/Corporate Lawyer- 9 Months

Unusual opportunity to join a high growth international market leading consumer organisation on an initial 9 month contract. We are looking for a lawyer 10+pqe bracket interested in pursuing a rewarding and varied in house legal role.

You will work directly with a highly experienced General Counsel on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters across an international organisation.

This is a fast moving and dynamic role requiring operational commercial/Corporate experience. The role will be constantly evolving due to the acquisitive nature of the business so a flexible and fluid approach is essential.

You will manage a range of commercial contracts and Corporate/ legal queries across the business.

You will have direct contact with the managers of busy consumer outlets who may need advice from pre-litigation matters and general ad hoc queries through to Head office Contract drafting, negotiation and management.

We are looking for a lawyer who has the grounding and experience to advise within a fast moving and constantly changing dynamic commercial environment.

This is a hands on role where you will be as much commercial adviser as a lawyer.

You will receive support from a small experienced team and the flexibility to work from home.

You will need to be a UK based Qualified Solicitor with seasoned in house experience.

You are likely to have at least 10pqe and a breadth of experience across commercial and corporate.
