The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Commercial Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Glasgow, with hybrid working in place
• The leading Commercial department regularly advise a broad mixture of companies, partnerships and individuals on a full spectrum of complex commercial matters across the retail, tech, hospitality and sport industries
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including commercial agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, agency agreements, IP licences, collateral warranty documents, supplier/service agreements and consultancy agreements
• As an experienced solicitor, you will also have the opportunity to supervise the junior members of the team and get involved with business development
• You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your commercial network

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Well-organised and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
