The Role:
- The Firm are looking for an ambitious Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor to join their offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Contentious Probate department cover a full range of disputes for HNW individuals, professional trustees and executors, with particular strengths in Inheritance Act & proprietary estoppel claims
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all types of private client litigation, including trustee & executor disputes, TOLATA claims, Inheritance Act 1975 matters and challenges to the validity of wills
- As a junior solicitor, you will also assist the senior lawyers with their caseload and gain exposure to complex & high-value cases, putting you years ahead of your PQE

The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Contentious Private Client Solicitor from 1 to 4 years PQE
