Highly regarded corporate practice are looking to add a junior-mid level to their Dubai team.
This team advises on significant and complex national and international projects, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
Whilst regional experience would be preferred, it is not a pre-requisite as long as you have solid M&A experience.
