One of our large International law firm clients is looking to hire a new Client Host to support their Front of House team and provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all internal and external clients / visitors to the Firms London Office.

As a Client Host you will be providing a high-quality customer focused reception service, across the firm's two reception desks and meeting room booking line.

Candidates will work 40 hours per week, with alternating shifts Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break, candidates will be required to work in the office everyday due to the client facing nature of the position. There is a generous salary on offer with excellent benefits!

Responsibilities as a Client Host:

  • Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the firm in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Take responsibility for the client experience and ensure that they meet with the correct personnel
  • Assist at client functions and managing the cloakroom
  • Ensure that all client and visitor needs are met
  • Establish professional and clear communication with the PAs, Fee-Earners, Partners and Clients
  • Maintain constant communication between the main reception and client floor reception
  • Take ownership of work area, ensuring all Health and Safety and Security policies are met
  • Manage the following room collections on the meeting room booking system
  • Arrange any catering requests
  • Operate the Booking Line in accordance with the rota
  • Act upon any reasonable request made or delegated by the Front of House Manager
  • Supervise the presentation and upkeep of all client meeting rooms

Requirements as a Client Host:

  • Previous Reception/FOH experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm
  • Experience in a high quality, demanding customer focused/service environment, such as a 5* hotel
  • Effective communicator, written and orally
  • Demonstrate a courteous and polite disposition
  • Able to prioritise client requests and deliver within agreed timescales
  • Previous experience of using a room booking system would be advantageous
