PQE: 3+ years

THE ROLE:
This superb opportunity is available for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a busy high-street practice in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for handling a mixed bag of private client matters, including (but not limited to) wills, probate, care home fees, NHS continuing care, preserving assets, management of affairs, IHT tax advice, equity release, trusts and mental capacity issues. This opportunity is offered on a full or part-time basis and with immediate start.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will be at least 3 years’ PQE with proven expertise in this area of law. Applications are also welcomed from Legal Executives with equivalent experience. You must be committed and adaptable with a clear focus on client care and delivering exceptional legal advice. This role requires an enthusiastic team member who can hit the ground running.
