A fantastic opportunity to provide critical support to a busy Real Estate team based in Reading has become available.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills to enter the legal realm in assisting fee earners with a variety of financial, transactional and administrative duties.

Candidates are not required to have a legal educational background, or any legal work experience. Candidates will however be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and efficiency, strong communication skills, a professional attitude towards work and strong IT skills.

Main duties will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Dealing with ifle opening procedures such as data input and KYC forms
  • Managing aderant financial matters including invoice generation, TT preparation and other related Aderant activities
  • Managing the compliance and other processes required to set up new client files
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with billing and other accounting processes and file archiving
  • Undertaking title checks and land/property searches
  • Producing/amending letters from templates, proof-reading and collating enclosures
  • Assisting with completion and post-completion tasks
  • Communicating and liasing with clients
  • Marketing tasks
  • General administrative tasks
