A highly regarded, regional firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their residential property team, in Derbyshire.
THE FIRM
They are a UK Legal 500 listed law firm with clients nationally. They act on behalf of predominantly high net worth individuals. They are seeking a conveyancer to join their residential property department, managing a caseload of high net worth transactions.
THE ROLE
As a residential conveyancer in the team, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, leasehold flats, shared ownership and remortgages.
