Planning Lawyer, 2+ Years PQE, Oxfordshire, £50,000-£60,000 (DOE) – An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Planning Lawyer.



OVERVIEW:
• The planning team acts for a broad client base including residential and mixed use developers, charities, investors, funders, local authorities and Government bodies.
• Applications are sought from Planning Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE acquired at a leading national, regional or City law firm.
• You will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical advice on securing planning permission, drafting and negotiating statutory agreements, undertaking due diligence and corporate transactions.
• You should have a good knowledge of EIA, CIL and GLA planning.
• You will be expected to be involved in business development and marketing activities and encouraged to develop a network of contacts both internally and externally.
• You will be able to demonstrate strong technical competence and intellectual ability along with exceptional self-motivation.
