A fantastic opportunity for a Financial Services Regulations Associate Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join the London office of a global firm with outstanding expertise in the financial sector.
You will be working for clients representing a cross-section of the investment management industry, including investment managers, brokers, custodians, fund service providers, operating platforms and investment vehicles such as UCITS and hedge funds.
Our client is looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE within Investment Management and Financial Services. The lawyer would enjoy working across multiple jurisdictions and relish client exposure. Experience of advising asset managers in previous roles is essential.
Ideal candidates will have some background and/or interest, in a range of areas regulated by the FCA and PRA including asset management, broking, derivatives trading, payment services, banking, e-money, fintech/crowdfunding, consumer financial services, insurance mediation and money laundering.
