The Role:

  • To align with this, you will manage a varied caseload, including complex M&As, private equity deals, joint ventures, general corporate governance and shareholder arrangements
  • As a Partner, you will also play a leading role in the development of the department, providing support to the rest of the team and managing business development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A well-established Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
