The Role
- Providing strategic advice to a portfolio of commercial organisations
- Working within a team recognised in The Times Best Law Firms 2019, which includes regional and national heavyweights
- Handling a range of work including M&A, disposals, due diligence, investment and shareholder agreements, share restructuring / options, company formation and administration, non contentious insolvency and banking
- Conducting your own work as well as assisting senior members of the team

The Candidate
- 5+ PQE
- Strong academics
- Proven experience in a large national or top tier regional firm
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Committed to a career in corporate law and keen to learn and progress
