Senior Corporate Lawyer

We have an exciting opportunity to join an established Corporate team which has experienced significant growth in recent years. Our Clients are ranked top 80 in the UK.

About the Role

• As a Senior Corporate Lawyer in their Southampton Office, you will manage your caseload and lead business development initiatives. They need an exceptional candidate with solid connections and referrals within the South Coast.

The Day-to-Day:

• Capable of Understanding clients' challenges and their business to be able to provide tailored specific advice.
• M&As
• Disposals
• MBOs
• Investment Agreements
• You will have active involvement in the recruitment, development and supervision of junior members and the opportunity to shape your practice with focus.

About You:

• At least 8 PQE, established high-performing corporate lawyer.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client experience and tailored advice.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive when seeking help from paralegals.
