New Build Property Development & Part Exchange Solicitor/Fee Earner
A highly rated Legal 500 listed practice is keen to appoint an experienced Fee Earner to join its well-established Property Team to deal with a caseload of plot sales and part exchange matters at the firms' office Stratford-upon-Avon.
The firm has specialist experience in acting for private individuals and privately owned commercial operations, largely dealing with high-net-worth families, landowners, farmers and wealthy business persons and has an excellent reputation within the market.
Ideally you will be a solicitor with a minimum of around 1 year PQE although the firm is encouraging applications from Legal Executives and non-qualified fee earners who can demonstrate robust experience of working in new build development.
You will deal with all aspects of new build development sales work, manage files from inception through to completion and also undertake post completion work, ensuring that you remain closely engaged with clients throughout the entire process. You will also undertake part exchange matters and deal with transfers of equity.
The firm is offering an excellent salary and benefits package and will also accommodate flexible/reduced working hours. The bonus scheme pays out every six months and the firm really does cultivate a team orientated atmosphere down in part to regular departmental and firm wide lunches and nights out.
