Banking & Finance Solicitor

This leading boutique firm are currently recruiting in the banking sector for an experienced Associate.

The Role 

• In terms of the work, the team advises clients on a large variety of development finance transactions as well as leveraged and acquisition finance deals and general, corporate and receivables finance transactions.
• You should also be able to supervise more junior members of the team and represent lenders.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents.

Requirements & Candidate:

• Must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic
• about business development
• Trained at an established firm with experience in banking & finance.
• You will be able to demonstrate strong technical ability and have gained exposure to a variety of banking matters
• Commercially aware with an enthusiastic approach
• Able to take instructions and work as part of a team
