The Role

• Working primarily with partners in London and Europe specialising in various types of structured finance transactions across different asset classes.
• Opportunity to work with sponsors, arrangers, corporates, banks, debt investors, government and credit enhancement providers..
• Work with other teams within the firm including restructuring, corporate, banking, financial regulatory and tax.

Requirements

• England & Wales Qualified Securitisation Associate
• 1-4 PQE
• Prior experience advising on structured finance transactions (Preferred)
• Experience of drafting complex documents
• Confident conducting commercial negotiations with counterparties.
• First class client care skills
