Team Leader/Senior Manager - Richmond (Remote)
A Dynamic Firm who are progressive and forward thinking are looking for a Head of Department to lead a team of initially 10 residential property fee earners.
If you want to practice in a firm that looks after their staff and understands the needs of the 21st century client, embraces technology and has a superb client referral network then look no further. This is a busy role that would suit a Conveyancing Solicitor or legal executive or potentially qualified by experience who wants to take the step into management without the pressure of business development.
If you are looking to move away from managing a full case load this position will enable you to demonstrate a strong understanding of how the processes involved in conveyancing transactions can be managed effectively. You must have a high degree of technical experience, the ability to motivate others and be able to instruct and manage the most productive output from the team.
The firm have an excellent business development function and offers the opportunity of flexible/hybrid working. You will be tasked with management responsibilities, involving conducting training, dealing with complex cases and any issues or complaints that may arise. You will also be tasked with managing accounts and being the point of contact with significant firms.
