A first rate opening with a large Somerset based practice now seeking a property litigator to join the team.
My client has earmarked a need for an experienced property litigator with at least 2 years' post qualified experience to come on board this well established practice. You should have experience of dealing with boundary disputes; estoppel; rights of way and covenant disputes.
An interest in and exposure to marketing and business development would also be useful as the firms' policy is to involve all qualified staff in marketing and business development regardless of level of qualification.
