A 100+ year established private practice that specialises in high-net-worth and high-powered private client matters are looking to hire a successor for a long-serving partner that is retiring.
Private Client Partner/Solicitor – Richmond – £70,000 - £95,000
You will slowly take over the management of the team consisting of 5 solicitors, 4 paralegals and support staff.
All staff you will manage are highly skilled and many of them have worked for the firm for 10+ years.
The partner you are replacing has been with the firm since they qualified in the 80s and is now looking to retire after many successful years working for and running the firm.
You will not be expected to do any marketing/business development.
The firm regularly has work coming through the door; we've been told that more than 70% of their work is from referrals!
Additionally, they have little to no competition in their local and very affluent area.
Your caseload will include:
Have 8 years or more of experience practising as a solicitor in the UK
Be highly experienced in private client matters as listed above
Have achieved STEP qualification or be working towards it
This is a very exciting and rare opportunity to join a firm regularly passed work by some of the best practices in London for private client work.
You will not have to develop new business for the firm if you desire!
