Exciting new role for a Senior Equity Derivatives Lawyer to work within a top tier investment bank.
The primary focus of this role is to provide legal and regulatory assistance to the trading business in respect of derivatives transactions with a focus on Equity Derivatives.
Sitting in a collegiate team, you may be asked to mentor and supervise more junior colleagues.
The successful candidate will be a 8+ years UK qualified lawyer with experience in a top private practice firm or equivalent in-house institution. Proven working knowledge of Equity Derivatives is a must, as well as ability to identify and manage legal risks.
