Clinical Negligence Lawyer required for a leading North West firm at NQ to 5 year PQE level

Your new role
As a clinical negligence lawyer, you will be required to handle a wide range of clinical/medical negligence matters from start to finish, both working independently and also assisting other members of the team on their complex cases. You will work to targets set by the firm and ensure that these are met or exceeded at all times, conduct relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim, undertake court telephone hearings,
and ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you are an upcoming NQ in Clinical Negligence, or have gained up to 5 years PQE within this area in a reputable law firm. You must have strong academics, and an eagerness to progress and develop within your career. The firm may consider applications from people who have gained previous clinical negligence experience and moved into another area. Although the firm offer excellent hybrid working and flexibility, you will be required to attend the Manchester, Southport or Leeds office - so being able to travel here is essential.
