A reputable law firm based in Handsworth, Birmingham is seeking a Childcare Paralegal to join their family department. This is a role that offers plenty of autonomy, scope for progression, free local parking, and the opportunity to progress.

Our client, a multi-site full-service law firm, is seeking to add a Childcare Paralegal to their Birmingham head office which now has around 15 members of staff. They have a large Family team covering private and public family work, and with the team getting more referrals from government agencies, a gap has arisen for somebody to purely focus on childcare matters.
Our client is looking for a paralegal fully capable of running a caseload. Specific exposure to public law childcare proceedings is essential but this role will offer scope to undertake some private children matters too.
The office is open plan, in a great location, with a great staff retention rate.
The firm is Lexcel- and CQS-accredited and has a generous bonus scheme when you reach three times salary target. This role does require office-based working.
