We are currently recruiting Trainee Solicitors.  The positions offer 2 years legal training and supervision at HBPL to develop and apply the core knowledge and skills to practice as a qualified solicitor, including advocacy, client care and case management, dispute resolution, drafting, negotiating, research, interviewing and advising.

You will spend 6-month periods in 4 specialist teams, ranging from property and contracts to planning, social care and litigation.  Having your own caseload and assisting others, you will demonstrate the highest standards of client care and take responsibility for your own learning and development.

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals, who take pride in their work and would enjoy becoming part of one of the leading public sector legal teams in the country.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test at the beginning of January 2023.  If successful at the test stage a face-to-face interview will be arranged.
