Senior Private Client Solicitor (6 years +PQE)
Newcastle
Our client is a leading Top practice in Newcastle whose Private Client team has an exceptional reputation in the marketplace.
They are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team.
The work here is top quality, and the caseload is varied dealing with a range of Wills, Probate, Tax, IHT LPA’s, CoP and Estate management.
Successful candidates will have experience acting for families, individuals and trustees in relation to a wide range of matters. Tax planning and trusts may be at the core, but commercial awareness of the operation of family businesses is important, as is an empathetic approach to the complexities of family relationships.
As this is a senior hire it would be anticipated that the right candidate will also have excellent contacts in the region and a solid track record of building and maintaining relationships with work providers.
Existing partners will find a supportive, collegiate environment in which to work, and senior lawyers looking to make the next step up will find a transparent and well-defined route to partnership.
