My client is well established Legal 500 law firm based in Central Dorset and are looking for a 7 years+ PQE Commercial Property Associate Solicitor or Partner to join their busy and successful commercial property team. You will also need to be able to generate new business gaining strong working relationships with clients and play an active role in the further growth and development of the department and firm as a whole.
As head of the commercial property team the role will include sharing responsibility for the management and training of staff, developing and marketing the department and ensuring the compliance of procedures and processes.
This Commercial Property Solicitor role will involve:
• Genuine career path for progression from the outset
• Support within the department to grow the commercial property department.
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
