The role

This company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its well-established in-house team of Legal Counsels based in London.

You will be working closely with the Legal and Compliance teams, dealing with a broad variety of commercial and compliance matters. You will also be working and liaising with members of the business' international legal team, as well as supporting the business' Marketing, Strategic Operations and Sales teams.

The work on offer includes commercial contracts, competition law, data privacy, stakeholder management, compliance, legal risk and much more. You will be working within a team of 7 legal professionals in the UK and also the wider international team.

Requirements

• You will be a solicitor of 4+ PQE with a background in Commercial Law
• You will have a strong sense of Commercial acumen
• You will have the ability to work proactively within a team and have the capability to work autonomously when required.
